Chenin
The grapes are harvested by hand when they have reached their full maturity, easily recognizable by a beautiful golden pigmented colour typical of Chenin.
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a low temperature. Vinification and aging on lees is carried out in tanks at a controlled temperature.
Bottling takes place in the spring following the harvest.
Pale yellow and bright color
An airy bouquet with notes of white flowers and citrus fruit, which over several months, add to the beautiful aromas of white fruits.
Supple and round, we discover the fruity flavours of Chenin accompanied by a beautiful acidity giving this wine a nice balance.

Serve chilled: 8°C
