The grapes are harvested manually around the end of September to allow full maturity, damaged grapes are discarded.
After de stemming, the grapes are placed in vats for a period of 5 to 6 days during which remontage /pump-over is carried out.
This wine is then aged for 5 months in vats with racking and drying.
This wine, elegantly dressed in a sparkling red cherry color, delivers an intense, fresh and sweet nose with fresh red berry aromas.
The mouth feel is round and supple and recalls the delightful aromas.
