Harvest & Vinification
The grapes are picked in openwork crates to avoid crushing the juice. The grapes are pressed with a selection of juices. There is only one fermentation, using the grapes' natural yeasts. That's why we call it Pétillant Naturel.
Tasting
Pale yellow with fine bubbles, its nose is fruity and fresh with floral notes.
It offers aromas of white flowers and white and yellow fruit.
A light, easy, fresh wine to share as an aperitif.
Wine and food pairing
Serve chilled: 6°C to 8°C.
