The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of October, by successive selection.
This cuvée comes from the blending of three sorting selections coming from different plots located in the area around Saint Aubin..
The alcoholic fermentation extends over a month and the wine is then aged on fine lees for 3 months. Vinification and aging are continues in underground vats.
This golden yellow wine exudes aromas of yellow fruits. On the palate, a balance and harmony which evokes a complexity between yellow fruits and zesty citrus fruits. It is a pleasant wine with a long and sweet finish, to be enjoyed young
