Chenin
The grapes are harvested by hand when they have reached their full maturity, easily recognizable by a beautiful golden pigmented colour typical of Chenin.
The alcoholic fermentation, vinification and ageing on lees are carried out in an Italian amphora "Drunk Turtle" made of coccio pesto, a material made entirely of natural and/or completely recycled raw materials. Its porosity guarantee a controlled micro-oxygenation, thanks to which we obtain non-oxidized products but evolved into new and genuine flavors, respecting the organoleptic nature of the grape
Bottling takes place in the summer following the harvest.
Golden yellow and bright color.
A complex bouquet with notes of white flowers, yellow fruit and a hint of honey.
Structured and lively, we discover the fruity flavours of Chenin accompanied by a beautiful acidity and freshness giving this wine complexity and balance.
Serve chilled: 8°C
