40 % Cabernet Franc
60 % Cabernet Sauvignon
The grape picking is done by hand to remove any damaged grapes.
After a short maceration, the grapes are pressed. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature (16 ° C) over a fortnight.
The wine is then aged for 3 to 5 months in vats.
Medium dry rosé with a bright salmon colour.
It offers an expressive nose revealing an aromatic palette of fresh red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant).
A supple and balanced palate, offering a tangy finish.
A real delight should be drunk young, to enjoy all its elegant qualities.
Serve chilled (between 8 ° C and 10°C), it goes well with starters, cold meats, but also white meats (sweet & sour dishes) cooked with fruit or Asian cuisine.
In summer, pour some into a halved melon, you may be surprised!
An ideal wine for all year round, it is also suitable for an “aperitif”
• Serve at 8 ° with melon, as a starter, or with red fruit
• Medium-dry fruity rosé wine, summer in a bottle!
