Grapes are picked and placed in open crates to avoid crushing. They are pressed in a pneumatic press with a selection of juices which require 160 kg of harvest to obtain 100 litres of juice.
The different grape varieties are vinified separately and then assembled at the end of the alcoholic fermentation. To obtain roundness and a harmonious structure, a malolactic fermentation is carried out on the entire blend, when bottled it remains on laths for 36 months.
Pale yellow colour with long strings of fine bubbles.
It has aromas of white flowers and grilled dried fruits.
Fresh, fruity and balanced.
To be enjoyed as a champagne, as an aperitif or with dessert. It's an excellent party wine.
