Harvest & Vinification
The grapes are picked in openwork crates to avoid crushing the juice. The grapes are pressed with a selection of juices. There is only one fermentation in the bottle, using the grapes' natural yeasts. That's why we call it Pétillant Naturel.
Tasting
Pale pink colour with fine bubbles.
This natural sparkling wine has a greedy, fruity nose and notes of English candy and red berries on the palate.
A light, easy and fresh wine to share as an aperitif.

Serve chilled: 6°C to 8°C.
